I can multiply 2 common fractions

I can divide a fraction by a whole number

I can use knowledge of place value to multiply and divide e.g. 432 x 0.01, 37÷ 0.001, 0.04 x 8, 0.03 ÷ 5, 13 x 1.4

I know both the percentage and decimal equivalents of fractions with a denominator of a multiple of 10 or 25

Things you can do at home to help

Your child will be learning these objectives as part of their maths lessons in school. The best way to help them at home is to ask them to explain to you each of the objectives. Encourage them to be the teacher. Challenge them to teach another member of the family.
